Arrosto Scuro: Roasted until after the second “crack,” our Arrosto Scuro’s dark, rich color and roasted aromas are reminiscent of Old World Italian espressos but in a refined more traditional coffee. You may remember this blend as Italian Roast. It still has the same tasting notes of dark chocolate, caramel and smoky which makes the blend bold and intense with a deep flavor.
