KAWAHA 71 Series D-Shaped Padlock

The lock body, shackle, and cylinder cover are all constructed from anti-rust SUS304 stainless steel, offering high resistance and waterproof properties. A security key lock designed for all-weather use, it features heel-toe locking with a freely rotating stainless steel shackle, ensuring no weak spots and preventing cutting or sawing attacks.

How to use it?

1) Before using the lock, ensure that the discs inside the cylinder are properly aligned. If not, use the key tip to push through the discs until they are symmetrical. Then, insert the key and rotate it 180 degrees clockwise to release the shackle.

2) After placing the lock on the desired application, close the shackle, and turn the key 180 degrees counterclockwise to lock it. Remove the key from the cylinder once locked.

Cannot Fully Insert the Key

There may be instances when the key is not fully inserted due to improper closure or factory defaults. To resolve this issue, try gently jiggling and turning the key to align the discs and cylinders correctly.
