How to Use:

1) Begin by ensuring the disc inside the cylinder are aligned correctly. If not, adjust using the key tip to align them symmetrically. Once aligned, insert the key fully into the cylinder and rotate 180 degrees clockwise to release the shackle. 2) Place the lock on your desired application, secure the shackle, and turn the key 180 degrees counterclockwise to lock it. Remove the key from the cylinder to complete the process.

Issues with Key Insertion:

If the key cannot be fully inserted, it may be due to improper closure in the past or factory settings. Try the following steps to address the problem: 1) Gently jiggle the key to realign or release any stuck components that prevent full insertion. Once resolved, the lock should function smoothly.
